This week has really felt like the beginning of fall, mostly because of the change in temperature. Also, because people around town are starting to put out autumn and halloween decorations already (seems a bit early for the Halloween stuff).
Well, a local church set up a pumpkin patch near a friend's house, and it opened today; so, we headed down there to check out the happennings.

King of the pumpkins! Well, not the biggest, but the best looking one.

Olyvia got straight to work: grabbing pumpkins and trucking the cart around.

Our cute and adorable little "pumpkin"...

...has become part of the pumpkin patch.

Cute, sassy, spontaneous, vibrant...

...umm, ok. Even the most perfect of us falls every now and then.

The collection grows.

"I think this one is perfect."

The one we took home to carve.

The one Lyv took home, for decoration.

Daddy and his little girl.

Mommy and her little girl.

Say "cheese!"We all had a great time walking through the patch, and Lyv eventually collected about a dozen different pumpkins. Of course, she only took home 2 tiny ones. She was a little upset about the giant pumpkin, until she realized that it was for mommy and daddy and her to carve later. Hope you enjoyed our trip to the Pumpkin Patch.
